Facing the ever-increasing demand for scrap metal processing, the THJ-1500 redefines the processing standards for large-scale metal recycling stations with its 1500-ton ultra-high compression force. This hydraulic metal baler features a 2500×2000×1400 mm compression chamber, a small material hopper, and high pressure.
This model employs a high-pressure hydraulic circuit design, using multi-stage pressure amplification technology to boost the pressure of ordinary hydraulic systems to ultra-high pressure levels. This hydraulic metal baler is primarily designed for processing titanium alloy scrap, compressing it into uniformly dense, regular bales with a cross-sectional dimension of 350*350 mm. The volume of loose titanium scrap is effectively reduced, significantly lowering transportation costs and facilitating subsequent storage and transportation of the scrap.
