Introduction of the metal baler
The XQZ-5000 is currently the highest-pressure-rated large hydraulic metal baler in the XQZ series, specifically designed for processing high-density, high-hardness metal scrap. This model features a main cylinder with a rated pressure of 40,000 KN (4000 tons) and employs a high-pressure hydraulic system to compress titanium alloy scrap into high-density, well-defined bales.
This machine was initially custom-developed for a large domestic titanium industry group, specifically for the efficient compression of high-strength scrap, cutting chips, and waste titanium materials generated during titanium processing. Compared to conventional metal balers, the XQZ-5000 offers increased compression density, effectively reducing the storage space occupied by titanium scrap and optimizing logistics efficiency.
