This is a 250-ton side-push hydraulic metal baler, which is also equipped with a feeding conveyor belt and a robotic arm, forming a complete fully automatic hydraulic metal baler production line.
This is a 250-ton, side-eject hydraulic metal baler, custom-designed to meet specific client requirements for processing aluminum scrap. It utilizes external force to compress loose aluminum shavings into uniformly shaped rectangular blocks. The baler is equipped with an integrated infeed conveyor belt featuring a weighing mechanism; furthermore, its lidless design effectively enhances operational efficiency during continuous baling cycles. Our engineers have also incorporated an automated palletizing system into this hydraulic baler: once a finished aluminum bale is ejected from the machine's compaction chamber, a robotic arm retrieves the metal block and stacks it onto an adjacent pallet. This design optimizes the handling of the metal bales, thereby facilitating their subsequent storage and transportation.
