The 315-ton side-push hydraulic metal baler is a high-efficiency compression device designed specifically for large-scale scrap metal recycling stations, renewable resource processing centers, and steel smelting enterprises. This hydraulic baler adopts a horizontal side-push bale structure and is equipped with a large 2500×2000×1000mm hopper, capable of processing large quantities of thin scrap steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel scrap in a single batch. A dual-motor drive system (37kW×2) provides powerful compression, consolidating loose metal scrap into standard bales with a cross-sectional size of 450×450mm, significantly reducing transportation costs and smelting furnace charging time.
This hydraulic metal baler uses a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate welded structure. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 25MPa and can be equipped with a PLC automatic control system for one-button intelligent operation. The side-push bale method ensures uniform and consistent output, and combined with a continuous feeding design, effectively improves production efficiency, meeting the continuous operation needs of large-scale metal recycling enterprises.
