The XQZ-2800 high-density metal briquettes are specifically designed for the production of metallurgical-grade furnace charges. Through 2800 tons of ultra-high pressure compression, it transforms various metal scraps into high-value furnace charge briquettes with uniform density and standardized specifications. Compared to traditional balers, the core advantages of the XQZ-2800 hydraulic metal baler lie in "three highs and one low": high pressure, high density, high efficiency, and low burn-off. During the smelting process, the high-density briquettes sink into the molten steel faster, reducing oxidation and burn-off losses.
