The Y81K-1000 industrial-grade hydraulic metal baler represents the state of the art in metal scrap compaction technology. Powered by a high-efficiency 188 kW motor driving a 22 MPa high-pressure hydraulic system, the baler generates a rated operating force of 1,000 tons to compress various types of loose metal scrap into standardized 700×700 mm bales. Its charging box—measuring 3,500×3,000×1,400 mm—is designed to meet the demands of continuous industrial production, supporting both direct forklift loading and automatic conveyor-fed loading, thereby significantly enhancing the overall efficiency of the scrap processing line.

The equipment has good compression adaptability for stainless steel, alloy steel, and copper-aluminum mixtures.
The size of the hopper and the size of the bale can be customized according to customer requirements; the hydraulic oil cooling system can be equipped with either air cooling or water cooling; for high humidity operating environments, the whole machine can be upgraded with an anti-rust coating; at the same time, it is also possible to customize the appearance coating and nameplate marking according to the customer's brand requirements.
