This hydraulic metal baler utilizes a robust 125-ton hydraulic system to reliably process light to medium-sized ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap, including steel plates, aluminum profiles, copper pipes, and mixed metal shavings. The baler compresses loose metal scrap into regular rectangular blocks with a cross-sectional dimension of 200*200 mm. These regular rectangular blocks are easier to store and transport. The side-discharge design of this hydraulic metal baler allows for seamless conveying of metal bales without interrupting the feeding process, making it a highly efficient recycling device for the scrap metal recycling industry.

The above parameters are for reference only. The balers can be customized.
1. Customized small hopper (1000×500×600mm): The compact hopper has a small footprint, is ideal for handling small quantities of scrap metal, and is easy to transport.
2. Standardized 200×200mm rectangular metal bales: Achieve maximum volumetric efficiency on truck containers and racks; predictable in-furnace load weight (typically 15-25 kg per bale, depending on the material).
3. Side-push discharge design: The bale is discharged via a hydraulically driven pusher acting along the longitudinal axis. The bales can be collected on the ground by pallet or forklift.
1. Urban Waste Collection Points: City center recycling centers and municipal waste transfer stations face strict space constraints. This baler has a chamber width of less than 1 meter and features a side unloading design, making it suitable for installation in modified warehouses, underground facilities, or containerized modular processing units.
2. Precision Engineering Workshop: CNC machine tool workshops generate a continuous stream of steel/aluminum chips and bar scraps, requiring frequent small-batch packaging. This mini baler's chamber size is matched to their waste generation rate, preventing waste accumulation and producing baled pieces ready for in-furnace remelting or resale.
3. Mobile Waste Processing Operations: This compact baler, mounted on a skid or trailer frame, can be deployed on-site for demolition sites, shipyards, or construction projects in remote areas. Baled pieces of 200×200 mm can be directly loaded into port containers without secondary sizing adjustments.
4. Secondary Non-Ferrous Metal Processors: Copper and aluminum recyclers handling insulated wires, radiators, or extruded scrap benefit from gentle initial compression followed by high-density final pressing—achieving smelter-grade bale density specifications while maintaining material purity.
5. In-house recycling at foundries: Foundries that recycle their own waste require geometrically consistent bales for use in automated furnace charging systems. The 200×200 mm size allows for seamless integration with vibratory feeders and push-type charging mechanisms.
6. Export-Oriented Scrap Traders: International scrap shipping requires maximizing container space. Compared to irregular bulk waste, rectangular bales can achieve a higher payload per standard container, thereby directly improving freight economy and the accuracy of customs documentation.
1. The size of the pressure box can be customized according to customer production needs.
2. Standard configuration is three-phase 380V/50Hz, while also supporting 220V–480V voltage and 50/60Hz frequency customization. Whether you are in China or overseas, it can be factory preset according to local power grid standards without additional modification.
3. Machine color can be customized according to customer needs.
