The above parameters are for reference only. The balers can be customized.
1. Efficient compression capacity: 1600KN rated pressure, easily handles various scrap metals.
2. Compact design: The size of the material box is 1200mm*900mm*600mm, adapting to various site restrictions.
3. Regular packaging size: The output metal block is 300mm*300mm, optimizing storage and transportation.
4. Energy-saving power system: 22KW power to achieve a balance between energy efficiency and performance.
5. Customized options: Provide customized box size and compression force according to customer needs.
Applications of the metal baler
1. Steel plant: Compress scrap steel to improve material storage efficiency.
2. Foundry: Package scrap metal to simplify preparation before smelting.
3. Metal processing enterprises: process production waste and reduce environmental pollution.
4. Waste recycling station: Improve packaging efficiency and increase material recycling value.
1. What is a side-push baler?
A side-push baler uses a lateral hydraulic cylinder to compress metal scrap laterally, resulting in a smaller footprint compared to vertical balers. This makes it particularly suitable for small workshops and recycling centers with limited space.
2. What metal materials can it process?
Suitable for thin materials such as aluminum cans, paint buckets, wire, aluminum profile scraps, and copper shavings. It is generally not recommended for processing heavy steel plates thicker than 6mm.
3. What are the bale density and weight?
The compression ratio is typically 5:1 to 8:1, with a bale density of approximately 1.8-2.2 tons/cubic meter. Single bale weights range from 30kg to 150kg, facilitating manual handling and loading for transport.
4. What power is required?
Small models are typically equipped with a 7.5-15kW motor, operating pressure between 16-21MPa, and a processing capacity of approximately 0.5-1.5 tons per hour, suitable for small to medium-sized operations.
