This is a 630-ton gantry shear. The gantry scissors are designed with a cylinder push material and a door cover. The design of the gantry shear door cover can form a pre-pressure function. The 630-ton heavy-duty scrap metal gantry shear is mainly used in the scrap processing stages of large-scale scrap steel processing bases, automobile dismantling plants, and heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises. It can efficiently cut heavy metal components such as steel plates up to 30mm thick, scrapped automobile beams, large channel steel, and I-beams, achieving standardization of scrap steel dimensions and facilitating subsequent remelting and transportation.
1. What thickness of steel plate can it cut?
It can cut Q235 steel plates up to 30mm thick, with a typical shearing kerf length of 1400-1600mm.
2. What power configuration is required?
It is equipped with a 90-132kW main motor, with a system working pressure of 31.5MPa. An independent hydraulic station is recommended.
3. What are the installation requirements?
It requires a concrete foundation with a load-bearing capacity of ≥80 tons, a factory building height of at least 5 meters, and a 5-ton or larger overhead crane for loading.
