Q15 series scrap metal hydraulic gantry shearing machine is a large hydraulic shearing equipment designed for metal recycling, metallurgy, scrap car dismantling and other industries. It is mainly used for cold shearing of various scrap metal plates or structural parts such as steel plates, copper plates, nickel plates, steel sections, steel billets, steel pipes, etc., replacing traditional flame cutting. 1. Hydraulic Drive: Utilizes integrated electro-hydraulic control with single/continuous action switching, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and flexible operation.
2. Gantry Structure: The entire machine features a welded steel box structure, offering strong rigidity and high stability. The shear cylinder utilizes a ball joint connection for extended service life.
3. High Shear Force: Optional shear forces range from 120 to 400 tons, with maximum shear thicknesses of 30 to 35 mm and blade lengths ranging from 800 to 1600 mm.
4. High Energy Efficiency: Achieves 6 to 12 shears per minute, with some high-end models reaching up to 20 shears per minute.
5. High Safety: Equipped with overload protection, the machine can be started and stopped from any position, and is easily operated using buttons or a foot pedal.
